PD-3 performs identically to PD-5, but has improved stability characteristics and should be used in a static storage tank, if fuel is to be stored without replenishment for more than 2 months, e.g. home heating oil or in industrial applications.
The thermal efficiency will be improved in your boiler so it heats up to its optimum operating temperature much more quickly. Long term benefits will be reduced maintenance and increased injector life due to reduced carbon build up.
Its simple to use all you need to do is add 1 x 250ml bottle per 1000 litres of heating oil. It is always best to add the PD-3 product before you get your tank refilled. |
